Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

    • Products must be purchased directly from Sip Shine. If you have made your purchase through an authorized retailer or distributor, please contact them directly for their refund and return policy.
    • Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for a refund or return.
    • Perishable items, including food and beverages, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at [customer support number].
    • Please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or photographs if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping and Fee:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
    • We do have a $5 return fee to process returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Return Process:

    • Once your return is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please ensure that this number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    • You must return the items within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your return.
    • Please securely package the items to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
  5. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them for eligibility. If the items meet the required criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  6. Exchanges:

    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
  7. Non-Refundable Items:

    • The following items are non-refundable:
      • Perishable goods, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
      • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
